• Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, device information, and IP address.
• Analytics data — aggregated and anonymized data about how the Service is used, collected through minimal analytics cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

4. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related regulations. By providing your phone number and using the Service, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Big Dogs Toolbelt, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any text message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure, which uses PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These providers have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect it:

• Twilio — telephony, SMS, and call routing.
• ElevenLabs — AI-generated voice synthesis for our voice agent.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing for lead qualification, content generation, and agent reasoning.
• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Analytics providers — anonymized usage analytics to help us understand how the Service is used.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies, limited to what is necessary for the Service to function and for basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. The cookies we use include:
